Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 3  days of receipt of payment (excluding bank holidays) Goods are delivered to the address provided by you via a third party goods carrier (UK & Europe) and we aim for delivery to you within 7 days

Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are entirely satisfied with any purchase you make from us however, if the product is not acceptable please return it stating your reasons within 7 days of receipt to the contact address below.

Complaints
Should you have reason to be dissatisfied with our products or service in any way please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your query as quickly as possible.

Our products may contain wheat, soya and gluten and are only suitable for people with strong teeth.
